From your description, the only wrong thing you have done (as seen by me) is you have put envelope element in the payload which you should not.
It will be good if you can use the wsf/php forum for more questions on this.

Hi,
First of all,thank you for your answer.I have another question.
The service which I want to request is in”https”.I send my request refered to the sample in “\wso2-wsf-php-bin-2.0.0-win32\samples\security\username_token\client.php”.I have changed the uername and password ,in addition,I wrote an envelope between “$reqPayloadString = << Because time is limited ,so I do appreciate your help.I am looking forward your answer.

Hi,
The reason is the service pointed from the client is a service in the internet and it is no longer available. Best thing you can do is write a service and hosted in a apache with ssl enabled and try it calling that service.

hello,I do appreciate your explanation.But I still have problems.
All my samples are working except the samples in ssl_client. The response is “Message = Error , NO Response Received”.I don’t know why.I have tried many way,but it doesn’t work.I do appreciate your further answer.Thank you very much!
